Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like computers, calculators, fax machines.
- Help maintain files to keep track of important documents, perform data entry as required.
- Must have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail.
- Cashier responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of all transactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how computers and credit card processing machines operate.
You must also have good organizational skills, a good eye for detail, and critical thinking skills, which are particularly helpful during busy times.
Must be able to work well with others.
Schedule:
Saturday (8 am - 2 pm) and mornings Tuesday - Friday (8 am - noon).
There is flexibility during the week, but Saturday's are a must.
Competitive pay based off of previous experience.
